So my magnum project is on the back burner
due to being under the poverty line.
i kitted the 2speed maxi in a big
hurry and didnt match the transfers, it ran
hella good. like wheelies for days
good even with 18 x 38. but due to snow
and it being 5 degrees out, i didnt push
it past 45 haha! my carb looked like
a snowman's dick afterwards. also found
a oil cup in the maxi tank, wtf. i
took the pinot totally apart when i was
bored once and i need to sand it down
and paint it while its apart... where do
 u get airplane stripper? idk.
round 2 on making coldtrailers shirts soon
hopefully they turn out good. not
really motivated right now someone help.

Wow. It's amazing how much crazy shit just plops in your lap when you start messing with mopeds. Initially you buy a moped and think "I want this thing to be faster" So you look up kits and buy one then you figure out it takes 3 to tango: Bigger Kit, Better Pipe, Bigger Carb. 3 weeks later you get all the shit you need, and you are pumped. Never mind that you havent been eating or paying rent because you blew your load on treats. So you have it all figured out and you are set... SIKE. This is never the case.

I figured this out with this first bike i tried to kit, my little bastard 78 pinto. Shes a moody bitch and im sure her name would be Barb if she was human. You know the type, the hot but White Trash chick. I treat her decent. She had the 70cc treats for the people II puch kit w/ hi comp head (ports matched), 19mm phbg clone w/ 90 jet (these rule!! 50 buxx shipped!! take Del Jets!!!), Techno Hunter pipe (got it from Daryl for 20 bux brand new), 18 and 38 gearing (20 bux forand xtra 7 mph? dont mind if i do!) and blue spring tuned Racing Clutch (dude these rip). So I threw this bitch together quick stat. Everything was great, I went to a small scooter rally with it and rode 40 (??) some miles consecutively + another 100 or so in town, was running rich. I got my first taste of Success while blaring Danzig on the headphones and cutting off hummers in traffic. GPS'd at 48.3 Mph. So one night Kenden and I were doing our nightly bruise cruise just pissing people off per usual. We were blasting a weeee bit and then got up onto KU campus and brought it down to 30 or so. Then all the sudden POP and lose of compression (oh goodness!) I ride ghetto so I'm used to my carbs falling off and shit so I didnt freak. So I pop off the plug and it looks alright, a little lean but not bad enough to seize. So I take the head off and it looks like a couple small pieces of paper clips stabbed into the head. wtf. p.s. This whole time some bro was cruising up and down the block I was on going 6 mph blaring some lame ass like Haddaway shit, kinda annoying or badass? NEWAYS.... It seems my bushing came loose in the t0p part of the crank and pushed one of my piston pins into my cylinder (party foul). Damn. Moral of the Story. Buy a fucking racing crank too, nevermind that 3 to tango shit. Mopeds are orgys of money you need to spend. My Pinto is a tease.
